To make cannabis-infused fish and chips, you’re going to need cannabis milk. However, this is not an ingredient that you can buy at your local supermarket, you’re going to need to make this at home. Luckily, we have a comprehensive guide to making cannabis milk here.

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes (peeled & cut into strips)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup cannabis milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 quart oil (for frying)
- 1 & 1/2 pounds cod fillets
Instructions
- Place potatoes in a medium-size bowl of cold water. In a separate medium-size mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the milk and egg; stir until the mixture is smooth. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oil in a large pot to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Fry the potatoes in the hot oil until they are tender. Drain them on paper towels.
- cover the fish in the batter, one piece at a time, and place them in the hot oil. Fry until the fish is golden brown. If necessary, increase the heat to maintain the 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) temperature. Wrap paper towels around the fish when finished. Apply light pressure to soak up the oil.
- Fry the potatoes again for 1 to 2 minutes to make them more crispy.
