      Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Go and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

      Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and the salt into the mixing bowl.

      Mix the white sugar and the cannabis-infused cooking oil with an electric mixer in a bowl, roughly 1 minute. Then add vanilla extract. Stir in the flour mixture. Add coconut milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough comes together

      When dough is together wrap it in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

      Roll out dough on a flat surface to get it to desired thickness (between - 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick). Dip the cookie cutter in flour, then cut out cookies and place them on the baking sheets.

      Bake in the preheated oven until lightly golden, around 10 minutes.
