Weed Cereal Recipe
Homemade Cannabis-Infused Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
Equipment
- Baking Sheets
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Mixing Spoon
- Rolling Pin
- Pizza Cutter or Small Paring Knife
- Jar or Airtight Container
Ingredients
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour or substitute with Whole Wheat Flour or All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 Cup Cannabis-Infused Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup Raw Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Cup Water
- extra cinnamon, sugar, and cannabis-infused coconut oil for the topping Optional
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cannabis-infused coconut oil, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey.
- Next, add the baking soda, 1 1/2 cups of flour, and water. Stir until the mixture combines well, it will be chunky.
- Add the remaining 1/2 cup of flour into the mixture. Aim to have the mixture crumbly but not too dry (add more or less flour to get the desired consistency, you want to be able to shape it).
- Using the two baking sheets, lay parchment paper on top of both. Evenly split the mixture between the two sheets. First spread it out with your hands, then place another piece of parchment paper on top. Use the rolling pin to flatten the batter until it's about 1/8 inch thick.
- Optional Step: Melt one or two tablespoons of the cannabis-infused coconut oil and brush over the top of the flattened batter. Then combine 1/8 cup of cane sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl, then spread this evenly over the coconut oil.
- Using the pizza cutter or paring knife, score the cereal into small square pieces.
- Place the baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes, or until the infused cereal is a good shade of brown.
- Allow the cereal to cool for a couple of minutes, then use the paring knife to score the square pieces again, BUT only widthwise or they may break apart. Finally, allow the pieces to cool before removing them from the tray into a jar or airtight container.

Method 2: Making Weed Cereal With Cannabis-Infused Milk
Another method to making weed cereal is using cannabis-infused milk as the activated ingredient, then adding any cereal of your choice. Although this method is much easier than the previous, it won’t taste as good. We recommend using infused milk for recipes that only contain milk and not butter or oil. This allows you to make these types of recipes into edible ones. This will also mask the taste, which the cereal would not do.

Potency Guide
The strength of the weed cereal will depend on the potency of your cannabis-infused coconut oil, along with how big you make each portion. It’s also important to remember that each person will create slightly different size pieces of the infused cereal, along with having different amounts in each portion. Luckily we made a potency calculator that you can adjust to fit the criteria you specifically used.
Potency Guide to Weed Cereal
When it comes to the potency of your homemade edibles, it’s not an easy task to determine how potent they really are. Due to this, we have created a dosage calculator to help estimate the potency of the homemade weed cereal. To get an accurate measurement, you will need to know the potency of the cannabis-infused coconut oil first. You can find the dosage calculator for the coconut oil at the bottom of that recipe – click here to use that calculator.
Once you know the potency of your cannabis-infused coconut oil, you can input it into this dosage calculator below. Keep in mind, this is just a rough estimate. Also if you make an error in the calculation at the start, it will carry through until the end.
If you follow the guidelines put forth in our cannabis cookbook, we recommend beginners infusing approximately 500mg of THC in 1 cup of their coconut oil.
