Nachos are a staple for Friday nights at a pub. Or maybe you’re watching your favourite sports team play a big game, someone will definitely be eating nachos around you. This is such a common meal & menu item across Canada and the United States, I had to find a way to infuse it with cannabis. Luckily, I found a way. I present to you, the perfect 2020 new years edible, Weed Nachos!
Here’s What You’re Going to Need
To make weed nachos, you’re going to need cannabis-infused nacho cheese. Although, this is not an ingredient that you can buy at your local supermarket. You’ll need to make this at home.

You’re also going to need a few more things. However, you most likely already have these at home.
Weed Nachos Recipe
How to Make Weed Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (2.5 oz) package taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 (18 oz) package restaurant style tortilla chips
- 1 & 1/2 cups cannabis nacho cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 oz) can black olives pitted & sliced
- 4 green onions diced
- 1 (4 oz) can jalapeños sliced
Instructions
- Cook and stir ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until meat is crumbly and no longer pink. This should take 5 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water and simmer until beef mixture has thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.Spread tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheet. top with cannabis nacho cheese and dot with ground beef.
- cook In oven for 5-7 minutes.Top nachos with salsa, sour cream, black olives, green onions, and jalapeno peppers.
