Here’s What You’re Going to Need
To make this recipe you’re going to need cannabis butter. Unfortunately, this is not an ordinary ingredient that you can buy at the grocery store, you’re going to need to make this at home. Luckily, we have a comprehensive guide to making cannabis butter here.

- Electric mixer
- Parchment Paper
Ingredients
Cookies
- 1 & 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup cannabis butter softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 & 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Coating
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Cookies
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease lightly.
- In a bowl add the cannabis butter, sugar, and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, & salt. Now, mix the bowl of dry ingredients into the fats & sugars. Mix until the dough holds together.
- Form dough into 2 teaspoon size balls. set aside.
Coating
- Mix the sugar & cinnamon in a small bowl.
Snickerdoodle cookies
- Roll the dough balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. next, place each ball on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes on the centre rack. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.

Just made them!! Texture and weight of the cookie itself? Next level!! But taste, not so much.. just straight up canna butter and a small side of snickerdoodle. I would recommend for the fellow baker to either go 1 part canna butter and 1 part regular butter.
