Here’s What You’re Going to Need

- A refrigerator

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cannabis milk
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs dry
- 3 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 pound calamari rings
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 quart vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Whisk egg and cannabis milk together in a bowl. Mix bread crumbs, pepper, and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Lightly powder calamari with flour and shake off all the excess. Dip in canna milk mixture and then roll in bread crumb mixture to coat. Once all of the rings are coated refrigerate them for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a saucepan or deep fryer. Deep-fry calamari in batches until light golden brown, about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
