How to make weed-infused butterball cookies
When you see something called “butterballs” you probably aren’t going to be interested in eating it. But luckily these are not balls of butter. This recipe is an old-school Italian cookie that is to die for. Weed butterball cookies are super tasty and easy to make!

- 1Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Then lightly grease a baking sheet.

Using an electric mixer, beat together the cannabis butter and 3/4 cup of confectioners' sugar in a large bowl. Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix the flour mixture into the cannabis butter mixture until just incorporated.

Divide the dough up into 1-inch balls and evenly space them on the baking sheet 2-inches apart.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven until the cookies are firm, around 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and allow them to cool completely.

Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of confectioners' sugar on a plate or dish. Roll the cookies in the sugar to lightly coat them.
